No matter which Disney park you frequent at Walt Disney World Resort or Disneyland Resort, there are many measures in place to ensure your safety.
Guests visiting a Disney park will go through metal detectors and have their bags searched before entering. Plus, special K-9 security units add an extra layer of security as guests seek to enjoy their magical vacation worry-free.
A Disneyland Resort guest recently shared a unique experience where he was caught by a Disney security dog.

As you can see in the video, the guest hides the objects that the dog follows in the bottom of his stroller. From there, the pup picks up the scent and, even with hundreds of other guests around, he is able to identify which guest it is and stop them before entering the park.
Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort security dogs undergo intensive training and play an essential role in ensuring the safety of everyone in the Parks on a daily basis.
